Whilst Derwent London undertakes all reasonably practical measures to manage Health and Safety at The Qube Building, accidents may occur. Outlined in Appendix 4 is the procedure to be followed for both the administration of first aid and the reporting of accidents.
Derwent London Property Management has developed a system of accident reporting and investigation for their employees and contractors. We would request that all accidents or incidents occurring to tenant's staff, visitors or contractors within the common areas of the premises are reported to the building manager.
Accidents of a serious nature which require hospitalisation, attendance by the ambulance or those defined as reportable under health and safety legislation should be brought to the attention of the Building manager as soon as possible and no later than the close of business on the day of occurrence.
To ensure that the expected standards for health and safety at the Qube Building are achieved, a safety management system is operated by the landlord's Health & Safety Manager who conducts a yearly audit.
The building manager will provide each tenant with relevant health and safety information regarding the communal areas of the Qube Building, and will undertake to coordinate emergency procedures, such as fire drills.
Should any tenant have queries regarding any health and safety matters, the building manager will provide assistance wherever possible. Where the building manager is unable to give such assistance, please see Derwent London Property Management - details in the contacts section.
